Responsibilities
- Build relationships with GP practices and PCNs through meetings with GPs, practice managers, and clinical leads.
- Run PCN education sessions for clinical groups, explaining the referral pathways and how to access services.
- Generate referral volume for the organisation.
- Provide local on‑ground insight on GP and commissioner feedback, evolving local systems, and competitor activity.
- Maintain credibility and be prepared to act as a trusted partner for clinicians.
Qualifications
- Experience in a field sales, medical sales, or primary‑care engagement role.
- Experience visiting GP practices, pharmacies, or NHS clinical settings.
- Understanding of GP practice and PCN operations, referral pathways, practice dynamics, and time pressures.
- Confidence presenting to small clinical groups and handling objections.
- Self‑motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently across a territory without daily supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clinicians and practice staff.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
