As a Business Development Graduate, you’ll be the CEO of your own territory, managing client relationships and driving sales. Your week will be split between:
- 3 field-based days: Visiting clients, delivering product demonstrations, and closing deals.
- 2 office-based days: Prospecting new business opportunities and building on existing customer relationships alongside your team.
You’ll start with an intensive training programme combining classroom learning and on-the-job mentoring. As you grow, you’ll continue to benefit from structured development in sales, leadership, and management—with every manager at KEYENCE promoted from within.
