What’s the role about?
- Taking ownership for part of a Brand portfolio.
- Creating annual activity plans with clear targets and budget allocation.
- Supporting the development of new and existing products.
- Getting closer to our shoppers and consumers through our Consumer Closeness programme.
- Overseeing brand and performance reporting to ensure we stay on track to deliver budget commitments.
- Working closely with Sales and Category and the wider Marketing teams to ensure promotional strategies are effectively delivered.
- Developing brands with the commercial teams so that key initiatives are prioritised.
- Working with agency partners including digital, packaging and media.
- Supporting the management of marketing spend for our brands.

We’re looking for curious, collaborative, commercial, motivated graduates with a strong impetus to understand the consumer and customer viewpoint. Storytelling ability is key, whether you’re delivering a presentation to a roomful of people or turning complex information into inspiring stories that customers will believe.
You’ll also need to be comfortable working with numbers, data and financial information, using it to uncover insights and opportunities, and to support commercial decision making. You’ll need a 2:2 degree or above in any degree discipline.
