We're looking for multiple ambitious graduate Sales Representatives to join the commercial team and help grow new customer relationships across our target markets.
This is a fast‑paced role with short sales cycle.
You’ll be supported to run your own outbound activity, targeting new annual & pilot opportunities and developing opportunities from first conversation through to close.
You'll work directly with and report to our CCO, getting hands‑on commercial coaching and real exposure to enterprise deals as you grow.

- What you’ll be doing
- Running outbound prospecting daily across Linked In, email, and phone to generate new pipeline
- Owning the full sales cycle from first touch to close
- Working towards monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
- Qualifying inbound leads quickly and converting them efficiently
- Managing your pipeline accurately in our CRM
- Partnering with the CCO on messaging, ICP refinement, and go‑to‑market execution
- Acting as a product expert, demoing Drumbeat confidently and handling objections
- Feeding market intelligence back into the team to sharpen positioning
