Responsibilities
- Research the legal and commercial landscape of new markets both in the UK and abroad.
- Identify and communicate risks of those opportunities.
- Establish corporate structures to deliver the business.
- Prepare bids for new contracts, including national frameworks and high value contracts.
- Review company policies to ensure they remain relevant.
- Manage contract performance to ensure the company meets customer expectations.
- Conduct meetings with key stakeholders to negotiate contract terms and variations.
- Lead on the delivery of agreements, working closely with all teams within the company.
