As a Technology Engineering graduate you’ll help design, build and improve digital products that support our business and clients. Working in collaborative, agile teams, you’ll turn ideas into practical, user‑focused solutions—thinking creatively, solving problems and learning how modern technology is delivered at scale.
Over three years you’ll rotate across different engineering disciplines while learning from experienced Software, Data, Cloud, and QA Engineers. You’ll gain exposure to the full delivery lifecycle—from shaping ideas and designing user‑centred solutions, to building, testing, and deploying software used across our business and by global clients.
Growth and learning
The programme is designed to help you build strong foundations while exploring different areas of technology engineering. You’ll begin with a structured Engineering Bootcamp that introduces core concepts, tools and ways of working. As you progress, you’ll develop technical confidence through hands‑on project work, coaching from senior engineers and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
You’ll learn best‑practice approaches to coding, secure development and solution design, while building resilience and problem‑solving skills needed to work in a fast‑changing environment. Over time you’ll have the opportunity to focus on areas that match your interests and strengths, helping you shape your own career in areas such as software engineering, data, cloud, cyber, automation or UX‑design.
Teams you’ll work with
You’ll join our Tax Technology & Innovation team, where we build and support cloud‑native products using modern engineering practices, automation and user‑focused design. The teams work closely with engineers, analysts, designers and stakeholders across the business to deliver reliable, high‑quality technology solutions.
Throughout the programme you’ll be supported by a strong network of peers, mentors and leaders who are invested in your development and keen to help you learn and grow.
