Graduate People Coordinator

As part of our current high-growth phase, we are recruiting for a People Coordinator to join our busy People team. This is a new and exciting role aimed at supporting employees through the entire employment journey.

Reporting to our Senior People Business Partner, you will assist with all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including:

1. Supporting recruitment processes to ensure an outstanding candidate experience
2. Owning the onboarding process for new starters, including HR induction
3. Handling internal and external people-related inquiries or requests
4. Maintaining digital and electronic records of employees on our HRM system, Workday
5. Updating and creating HR policies in line with legislation and Evolito’s people-centric culture
6. Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as sickness notes and MATB1s

What we are looking for

• Someone at the beginning of their HR career eager to develop in a dynamic company
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to work effectively within a small team
• Good IT skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Understanding of diplomacy and confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• A flexible approach to work
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• UK driving license
