They are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Associate Account Manager at the location shown.
Responsibilities
- Working with the local Account Manager to develop a business plan for the territory to gain formulary inclusions where appropriate, train and educate end users and ensure business growth.
- Identifying new sales opportunities within community and hospital accounts.
- Being a fully integrated member of the regional team, collaborating with colleagues on identified projects as necessary and under the direction of the Regional Business Manager.
- Developing and managing the territory customer database of contacts, activities, and records.
- Liaising with sales and marketing colleagues over contacts and business opportunities.
- Focusing customer groups on key decision makers such as Head of Services and Procurement Leads.
Qualifications
- Strong planning and business management skills, with a strong clinical and commercial understanding.
- Ability to manage a "business within a business".
- Comfortable selling remotely through virtual and field-based interactions, agile, and able to adapt to changing customer needs.
- Ability to work in partnership with customers at all levels and be solution‑orientated.
- Entry‑level candidates of graduate calibre with evidence of commercial sales success in other industries or experience working within the NHS with healthcare professionals are encouraged to apply.
- Pro‑active, can‑do attitude and passion for the marketplace.
- Full UK driving licence; eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship; living on the territory or prepared to relocate.
