Transport Exchange Group (TEG) is looking for ambitious graduates who want to learn fast, take on real responsibility and build an exceptional career within a growing technology business.

Our Graduate Program is not about spending a year observing from the sidelines.

From the start, you will work in the business, learn how our technology and operations connect, understand our customers and develop the commercial judgement and problem-solving skills needed to progress.

You will begin in Operations, building a strong foundation in our products, customers, systems and processes.

As your knowledge and capability grow, you will have the opportunity to progress into specialist career pathways across TEG, including Product Analyst, Technology, Cyber Security, QA, Sales, Marketing, Account Management and other growing areas of the business.

You will work on real problems and real business priorities.

You could be analysing data, improving processes, supporting customers, working with technology and product teams or challenging the way we currently do things.

We want graduates who ask questions, bring ideas and are hungry to understand how a successful technology business works.

Your development will be accelerated through structured training, coaching and funded professional qualifications, including PRINCE2 Agile and Lean Six Sigma.

You will learn from experienced colleagues while being expected to take increasing ownership of your work and your career.

Requirements

  • Minimum BBB at A-Level (or equivalent).
  • At least two A-Levels must be from the following subjects: Mathematics/Further Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, French, Spanish, German, History, English Literature, Psychology or Music.
  • Minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (or be on track to achieve this).
