- Be supported to study for your Level 4 Insurance Professional Apprenticeship, whilst gaining the highly valued Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Diploma in Insurance

GB Retail
We combine our analytical and market expertise with deep client insight to deliver the best solutions and outcomes they possibly can for our clients.
We operate across multiple sectors including: Leisure ? Retail & distribution, manufacturing, business services, with a variety of size of clients, from large corporates to small and medium sized businesses.
Requirements
- 3 A-Levels, plus GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with colleagues and clients
- Detail and client focused
- Able to work with and analyse data
- Motivated, organised and ready to make a real contribution from day one
- Computer literate, ideally with some understanding of MS Word, Excel and AI tools such as co-pilot
Over the course of 24 months, alongside the responsibilities of your role, you will also complete a programme of study which will be a combination of assignments, coursework and exams. Whilst WTW and the selected government approved training provider, will equip you with all of the materials required, six hours per week to focus on your studies, and the support of a tutor, you will need to ensure that you are meeting all key milestones set out at the beginning of your apprenticeship and achieving the standards required, both academically and in your role.
