As a Business Development Graduate, you’ll be the CEO of your own territory, managing client relationships and driving sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage your own territory as the CEO of the territory, building and maintaining client relationships and driving sales.
- Split workweek: 3 field-based days visiting clients, delivering product demonstrations, and closing deals.
- 2 office-based days prospecting new business opportunities and building on existing customer relationships alongside your team.
Training & Development
Start with an intensive training programme combining classroom learning and on-the-job mentoring. As you grow, you’ll continue to benefit from structured development in sales, leadership, and management.
