You will be part of an organisation dedicated to helping you make the most of your potential. That means while you train to be a soldier, you will have the opportunity to earn industry-recognised apprenticeships whilst earning around £20,400 per year. This is your chance to challenge yourself.

As one of the UK’s largest apprenticeship employer providers, we offer a variety of apprenticeships in trades and skills such as:

Your apprenticeship will be scheduled around your military training, allowing you to become a soldier while working towards a valuable qualification recognised outside the Army. You will earn a starting salary of around £15,900 during Basic Training, which will increase to approximately £20,400 after 26 weeks or upon completing your Initial Trade Training, if less than 26 weeks. Additional benefits include 38 days’ paid leave, subsidised food and accommodation, gym and sports facilities, and free medical and dental care.

Participate in adventurous training globally, from skiing in the Alps to white-water rafting in Colorado. During training, you will earn a starting salary of £33,183, increasing to £39,671 upon completion.
