We’re looking for a talented Motion Designer & Video Editor to join our team for an initial six-month fixed-term contract. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile campaigns for nationally recognised brands, creating content seen by millions of people across social, digital, advertising and live channels.
We’re a growing creative studio specialising in motion design, video production and creative content. Our work spans large-scale marketing campaigns, social content, explainer animations, branded content and digital experiences. We’re looking for someone who can combine strong creative skills with excellent organisation, technical knowledge and a meticulous eye for detail.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating motion graphics and animations in After Effects
- Editing content for social, digital and branded campaigns
- Reversioning assets across multiple formats, platforms and aspect ratios
- Building efficient project structures and template-based workflows
- Managing large volumes of deliverables while maintaining exceptional accuracy
- Supporting campaign rollouts from concept through to final delivery
- Preparing assets for localisation and future adaptation
- Collaborating closely with producers, editors and creative leads
- Maintaining organised project files and delivery systems
- Ensuring all deliverables meet technical, creative and brand requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Experience creating motion graphics for commercial projects
- Proven experience reversioning content across multiple formats and deliverables
- Excellent understanding of pre-comps, master compositions and scalable project structures
- Experience working within detailed brand guidelines and campaign toolkits
- Ability to quickly analyse, understand and apply brand systems consistently
- Exceptional attention to detail across typography, layout, animation, spacing and visual hierarchy
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A portfolio that demonstrates both creative thinking and technical execution
Additional skills: (desirable but not essential)
- Character animation experience
- Illustrator and Photoshop proficiency
- Experience with localisation workflows
- Familiarity with Rive, Lottie or interactive content
- Basic filming and production knowledge
