Tusk Studio is a growing motion design and video production studio creating standout branded content and character-driven campaigns.
We’re looking for a junior–midweight freelance Producer / Project Manager to support us on an initial 2-week contract (Mon 16 – Tue 25 Feb), with a clear pathway to longer-term and full-time work for the right person.
Your first job will be assisting directly on production for a large shoot on Friday 20 February, including travel, followed by post-production delivery support.
What you’ll do:
- Support pre-production planning and shoot logistics
- Assist on set during a large, fast-moving shoot (travel will be required)
- Help manage post-production delivery, schedules, and feedback
- Coordinate editors, animators, freelancers, and clients
- Support file, drive, and asset organisation
What we’re looking for:
- Junior - midweight experience in production or project management
- Organised, proactive, and confident chasing timelines
- Comfortable across both shoot days and post-production workflows
- Familiar with Frame.io and review processes
- Eager to learn, improve, and grow into a full-time role
You should already have experience with:
- Crew booking and availability checks
- Call sheets and shoot schedules
- Travel, accommodation, and transport logistics
- Equipment / kit lists and confirmations
- Managing shoot-day comms and changes
- Managing client comms in a professional and friendly manner
