What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the month-end process, including full ownership of management accounts
  • Business partnering with operational teams and department heads
  • Driving budget and forecast cycles and challenging assumptions
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members
  • Leading on system/process improvements across finance
  • Supporting strategic finance projects alongside the Finance Manager

What we're looking for:

  • CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
  • Proven ability to improve reporting processes and provide real insight
  • Someone commercially-minded, with a focus on adding value not just reporting the past
  • Leadership qualities whether you're already managing or ready to start
