What you'll be doing:
- Leading the month-end process, including full ownership of management accounts
- Business partnering with operational teams and department heads
- Driving budget and forecast cycles and challenging assumptions
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Leading on system/process improvements across finance
- Supporting strategic finance projects alongside the Finance Manager
What we're looking for:
- CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- A strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
- Proven ability to improve reporting processes and provide real insight
- Someone commercially-minded, with a focus on adding value not just reporting the past
