Lead Management Accountant (CIMA Qualified)

Looking to step into a more senior role where you can lead, influence, and genuinely shape financial performance? This is a newly created Lead Management Accountant role and its built for someone ready to step up and drive real impact.

What youll be doing:

• Leading the month-end process, including full ownership of management accounts
• Business partnering with operational teams and department heads
• Driving budget and forecast cycles and challenging assumptions
• Coaching and mentoring junior team members
• Leading on system/process improvements across finance
• Supporting strategic finance projects alongside the Finance Manager

What were looking for:

• CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• A strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
• Proven ability to improve reporting processes and provide real insight
• Someone commercially-minded, with a focus on adding value not just reporting the past
• Leadership qualities whether youre already managing or ready to start

This is a hands-on role with strategic reach perfect for someone who wants a real seat at the table as the business continues to grow.

Whats in it for you:
