You will be leading a small team, supporting a mixed portfolio of clients, and getting stuck into everything from year-end accounts and tax returns to complex queries and HMRC investigations. This isn't a tick-box role; we're looking for someone who genuinely wants to go above and beyond for clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and mentoring a team
- Reviewing work, spotting issues before they become problems
- Attending client meetings (remote and in-person)
- Tackling complex tax queries and offering clear advice
- Supporting with audits, investigations and the tricky stuff
What we’re after:
- ACA / ACCA qualified ideally
- Experience gained within practice
- Solid background managing a client portfolio
- Confident with cloud systems (Xero, FreeAgent, QuickBooks)
- Great at building relationships and solving problems
- Calm under pressure, organised, and always looking ahead
What you will receive:
- Salary £40-£45k
