In order to support the Student Support Centre, there is an opportunity to work within the mentoring team as a Pastoral Care Mentor. The successful applicant will be joining a well-established team that is fundamental to the ethos of the school as a whole. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player who will be required to work within the pastoral team promoting positive behaviour, academic attainment, emotional wellbeing and resilience.

Hours of work will be 37 per week worked on a term time plus one-day basis. Working in a school is an ever-changing job, but the things we can guarantee are:

The successful candidate will join a team of hard-working and dedicated colleagues, supportive parents, a fully involved governing body and inspiring students.
