Summary: As Junior Business Planning Analyst, you will work within the Business Planning team, covering the EMEA and APAC region, to enhance and standardize processes across demand planning, forecasting and reporting. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in data analytics and business planning and a desire to gain hands-on experience in developing comprehensive process flows, designing consistent templates, and improving the tracking, reporting, and forecasting of critical sales data that aligns with business needs and compliance requirements. You will assist in streamlining collaboration between multiple departments, ensuring seamless integration of processes across the regions and business teams; teams alongside preparation of forecasts, providing business intelligence, and validating business assumptions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demand Planning: To drive accounts at a sell-through level where they are currently sell-in based. Supporting smaller market account demand planning activities.
- Forecasting: Develop structured forecasting processes, create templates integrating historical data, and implement version control systems.
- Reporting Insights and Optimisation: Run and manage daily/weekly reports from customers, distributors, resellers and systems. Daily tableau and LOS refreshes. Sell-through insights, highlighting actual consumer demand. Process and optimize key reports to business and work with the senior team for ad-hoc requests.
- Market Data Reporting: Review and compile the external market data Turtle Beach subscribes to. Maintain existing data and report. EEBZ data maintenance.
- Cross-Departmental Integration & Documentation: Define and document process flows, develop templates for information sharing, implement centralized repositories, create flowcharts, refine templates, build dashboards, and develop training guides.
- AI Focus: Utilising AI to improve access to and analysis of data; improving output and efficiency.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Operations, Finance, Statistics or Mathematics (preferred).
Experience/Skills:
- Process Improvement Experience: Ability to evaluate existing processes, recommend enhancements, and streamline operations.
- Data Analysis: Experience in understanding trends, and refining forecasting models.
- Template & Report Design: Proficiency in Excel to create standardized, user-friendly templates and reporting structures: Creating formulas, pivot tables, charts, VLookup, HLookup.
- Internal Networking: Partnering with the business units.
- Communication Skills: Clear documentation of processes, training users, and working collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all tracking and reporting functions with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using analytics platforms Power BI, Tableau, and NetSuite is a plus.
