Summary: As Junior Operations Assistant, you will support the regional operations team in handling inbound products, stock reconciliation, delivery tracking and accurate operational records.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyse inbound containers, keeping system up to date.
- Receive inbounds in NetSuite.
- Process return reports into NetSuite.
- Review daily stock reconciliation differences.
- Process stock adjustments in line with SOX compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate delivery tracking and operational updates.
- Ensure operational documentation is maintained, is accurate and shared on timely manner.
- Liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Support complaint logging, tracking, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain sales order files, including customer contact details and terms.
- Support with stock and operations audits.
- Assist on operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Education:
- A-levels or equivalent BTEC qualifications.
Essential Experience / Skills:
- Strong organization, planning, and prioritization abilities.
- High attention to detail and deadline management.
- Logical mindset with problem-solving capability.
- Adaptable, proactive and able to work independently.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills.
Preferred / Advantageous:
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
- Experience with EDI and NetSuite.
- Experience within consumer goods or logistics operations environments.
