We are looking for an enthusiastic and independent Business Manager who has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and creating meaningful business relationships. You are a strong collaborator with unique and innovative ideas to propel our brands forward within key distributors and retailers. You represent the interests and the image of the company in the development of Turtle Beach brands in Europe while ensuring the commercial deployment and guaranteeing the objectives related to profitability and sales for your accounts. Looking for a person who can travel monthly and has experience in dealing with different countries and cultures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive sell-in, sell-thru, and manage inventory levels with key accounts.
  • Manage omni-channel merchandising strategy and assortment recommendations.
  • Negotiate retail programs, contracts, costs, and terms of sale.
  • Establish, maintain, and grow strategic relationships.
  • Manage collaborative planning efforts with key accounts to drive accurate account forecasts and maximize our operational efficiencies.
  • Analyze historical sales data, establish sales forecasts, and plan future sales targets.
  • Review sales performance against expectations and modify strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports for various internal and external groups.
  • Manage MDF and promotional budgets for each account.
  • Track annual revenue and expense targets.
  • Develop and present compelling presentations and merchandising solutions to customers.
  • Manage product launch execution with retail partners.
  • Utilize accounts’ vendor portals to access performance data, build reports, set up new items, and manage business.
  • Stay current on industry news as well as competitive products and features.
  • Interact with Accounting, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams as needed to drive the business.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Graduated from a business school or equivalent.
  • Has basic Italian or Spanish language skills.
  • You have already worked in a sales environment.
  • Ideally, a passion for gaming, either PC or console.
  • 1-2 years of Business management experience.
  • Good knowledge of key retailers and the market.
  • The ability to influence, drive, challenge, and motivate at all levels.
  • Fluent in English, conversational Italian, and/or Spanish.
  • Valid driving license.
