We’re on the lookout for a warm, passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Turtle Bay in Nottingham.

About the Role
As a Junior Sous Chef at Turtle Bay, you’ll be stepping into a key role in the kitchen team – supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering incredible Caribbean flavours, every single shift. This is a great opportunity if you’re ready to take the next step in your kitchen career. You’ll be hands-on, learning how to manage service, support kitchen operations, and motivate your team to deliver food that’s made with love and full of soul. You’ll help to uphold high standards in food safety, prep and presentation, while getting stuck in with the day-to-day of a high-energy, fast-paced kitchen. You’ll be someone who’s full of energy, eager to learn, and ready to make a real impact as part of a supportive and inspiring team. We’ll give you the support, training and opportunities to grow and thrive – whether you’re working towards becoming a Sous Chef or want to develop new skills in leadership, kitchen management and team development.
