We’re on the lookout for a warm, passionate and inspiring Sous Chef to join our team at Turtle Bay in Bath.

About the Role

As a Sous Chef at Turtle Bay, you’ll be second in command in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to lead and inspire the team. You’ll bring positive energy and a calm, supportive presence to every shift, helping to maintain high standards while delivering dishes full of flavour and made with love. You’ll support in managing all aspects of kitchen operations – from prepping and cooking to training new chefs and supporting stock and health & safety standards. You’ll be hands‑on, leading by example and helping your team to thrive in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment. We’re looking for someone who loves cooking with soul, takes pride in quality, and understands the importance of teamwork in the kitchen. You’ll be passionate about food and people, focused on creating great guest experiences, and ready to bring your best to every shift.
