We’re on the lookout for a warm, hands-on, and guest-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at Turtle Bay in Milton Keynes.

About the Role

As an Assistant Manager at Turtle Bay, you bring positive energy, support your leaders, and help make each shift run like clockwork. You're right at the heart of the action – leading the floor, coaching team members, and creating those feel-good vibes that keep our guests coming back. You’re someone who leads by example – always friendly, calm under pressure, and focused on giving exceptional service. You’ll support the management team with everything from running great shifts and hitting business targets to training new starters and making sure every guest feels welcomed, relaxed, and looked after.
