The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst at Turtle Bay, you’ll turn data into insight and insight into action. You’ll help us understand what’s happening across our restaurants, spotting trends and opportunities that make a real difference to our teams and our guests. Your analysis will support decision-making at every level—whether it’s shaping menu development, optimising guest experience, or identifying opportunities to drive sales and efficiency.
You’ll report directly to the CEO.
In order to produce insights of the highest value, there will be a requirement to maintain a close understanding of the front line of the business and so some travel will be required.
This isn’t just about crunching numbers. It’s about storytelling with data—bringing clarity, sparking ideas, and helping our people feel confident in the decisions they make.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading high-impact data analysis projects across the business, supporting Operations, Marketing, People, and Finance.
- Building and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear, actionable insight.
- Translating complex data into simple, meaningful recommendations that drive commercial performance.
- Identifying trends, opportunities, and risks, helping stakeholders make informed decisions.
- Ensuring data quality, governance, and consistency across all reporting.
- Presenting findings in a way that inspires action, aligns with business priorities, and supports Turtle Bay’s growth.

- Strong experience in commercial or business analytics, ideally within hospitality, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and complex formulae
- Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience using data to support business growth, cost optimisation, or operational improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—able to present analysis to leaders and influence decision-making.
