We are looking for a warm, people-focused and inspiring Deputy Manager to join our team at Turtle Bay in Hammersmith.

About the Role

As a Deputy Manager at Turtle Bay, you will support the General Manager in leading the team, running a smooth operation, and delivering the relaxed, feel-good Turtle Bay experience that keeps our guests coming back. You are a hands-on leader, someone who can step up and take ownership while inspiring and motivating your team every day.

You will play a key role in driving performance and team engagement, bringing the right energy and focus into service, and always looking for ways to grow both the business and your people. From hosting to managing shifts, training team members and making sure every guest leaves with a smile – you are there to help make it all happen.

We are looking for someone who is confident, people-first, and passionate about hospitality. You will bring a strong sense of responsibility, positivity, and a clear drive to grow, while also knowing how to have fun, build trust, and keep your team motivated and supported.
