At Turtle Bay, we bring the spirit of the Caribbean to life—laid-back vibes, delicious jerk flavours, putting people at ease and creating unforgettable experiences. Behind the scenes, our support centre in Bristol keeps things running smoothly—and now we’re looking for someone to bring their financial expertise to help us do just that. We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, organised and passionate individual to join our Finance team as Head of FP&A. This role is all about making numbers meaningful—giving insight, driving profitability and working closely with teams across the business to help us make the right calls, at the right time.

You’ll lead a small but mighty team of Management Accountants and Business Intelligence pros, and be a key player in planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis. Think of yourself as our finance storyteller—helping turn data into action and insight.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading, supporting and developing four direct reports
  • Producing and reviewing management accounts
  • Period end tasks including accruals, prepayments, balance sheet recs and variance analysis
  • Playing a big part in our budgeting and forecasting cycles
  • Supporting with CFO reports, board packs and ad-hoc analysis
  • Helping to prepare for our year-end audit
  • Posting and reconciling payroll journals
  • Keeping a close eye on project costs and approvals
  • Getting involved in department-wide improvements and efficiencies

What we’re looking for:

  • You’re a CIMA or ACCA qualified accountant
  • You know your way around Excel and love getting into the detail
  • You can communicate clearly and confidently with people at all levels
  • You’re a team player who’s happy to roll up your sleeves when needed
  • You know how to juggle priorities and deadlines like a pro
  • You’ve posted your fair share of journals into finance systems
  • You spot the small things that others miss (attention to detail is your thing)

Bonus points if you have:

  • Power BI experience
  • Used Business Central or Navision before
  • Led a team in a finance function
  • Worked in a multi-site or hospitality business

We’re more than just Caribbean-inspired food and cocktails—we’re about creating real connections, bringing good vibes, and celebrating individuality. At our Support Centre, that means an open, supportive and fun place to work where everyone has the space to grow. Sound like your kind of role? Apply now!
