We are looking for a Designate General Manager to join our Turtle Bay Family, covering the areas of Northampton and Milton Keynes. Our Designate General Managers are amazing coaches, hosts, entertainers and leaders, at the heart of our teams. They bring the magic to our restaurants and ensure everything's in place to make Caribbean Good Times happen!
As a Designate General Manager, you will lead development and training, maximise sales and your restaurant's performance, and drive standards while working with amazing teams to create the magic of the Caribbean for our guests!
