We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our Turtle Bay Family in Durham. Sous Chefs are our next generation of Head Chefs! They lead by example to inspire our kitchen teams and make sure that everything’s in place to bring fiery jerk flavours to our restaurants!

As a Sous Chef, you’ll develop your leadership and training skills, deputise in the absence of your Head Chef and become a pro at ordering and stock taking whilst driving sales and delivering the magic of the Caribbean to our guests!
