We’re Turtl, the world’s first Revenue Content™ platform. Founded in 2015, we’re trusted by hundreds of global brands like Cisco, EY, and Deloitte. From bootstrapped beginnings to angel backing, we secured Series A funding from Octopus Ventures in 2021. What’s Revenue Content™? It’s content that doesn’t just look good; it delivers real business growth. For too long, marketers have poured money into content but struggled to prove its payoff. That’s the revenue gap – where dollars go in but results don’t come out. Turtl closes that gap, turning content into a serious pipeline and revenue player. With Turtl, businesses invest in content with confidence, assured their effort drives real commercial returns. But we’re not just here to help businesses grow. We’re passionate about helping our people grow too.

Our London office is based at Co-Work Borough, just a short walk from London Bridge. We operate a part-time office model, with access on Mondays and Wednesdays, and encourage our teams to come in at least once a week to connect and collaborate in person. The space offers a modern, open-plan environment ideal for cross-functional collaboration. It’s used by a variety of teams including Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Finance, Legal, and People. With great local coffee shops, food markets, and excellent transport links, it’s a vibrant base for our London team.

We’re looking for a Partner Development Manager to own and scale our ecosystem of intent data and performance marketing partnerships. This is a commercially focused, high-impact role sitting at the intersection of partnerships, demand generation, and revenue responsible for turning partner relationships into a repeatable, measurable source of pipeline for Turtl.

You’ll manage and grow relationships with intent providers like Demandbase, 6sense, TechTarget, and Intensify, as well as performance marketing agencies including Gilroy, Inverta, and others. The goal is simple: make Turtl the go-to content platform recommended and activated by every partner in your portfolio.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Own the partner pipeline number building repeatable, trackable revenue contribution from your partner portfolio across intent and performance channels.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with intent providers and performance agencies, including co-selling motions, referral programmes, and integrated campaign plays.
  • Become the primary relationship owner for ICs at key partners, building deep ties across sales and customer success teams on both sides.
  • You will be responsible for generating partner sourced leads from the partner ecosystem and work closely with Turtl's own sales, customer success and marketing teams to convert to opportunities and measurable pipeline.
  • Partner internally with Sales and Customer Success teams to map out existing and new accounts to identify whitespace opportunities where partners can introduce us to new buying teams for growth.
  • Onboard new performance agency partners who can drive qualified pipeline at scale.
  • Collaborate with marketing to build the playbooks, enablement materials, and co-marketing assets that make it easy for partners to sell and position Turtl.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene so that partner impact can be tracked and reported accurately to reflect impact across the sales cycle from lead, opportunity to closed won revenue.
  • Represent Turtl at partner events, roundtables, and industry forums to build brand presence within the partner ecosystem and convert conversations to leads and opportunities.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience in partner development, channel sales, or alliances within a B2B SaaS environment ideally in Martech, ABM, or demand generation.
  • Familiarity with the intent data and B2B performance marketing landscape, you know how 6sense, Demandbase, TechTarget and agencies like Gilroy or Inverta operate and how to build win-win commercial relationships with them.
  • A commercial mindset with a track record of turning partnerships into measurable pipeline, not just relationships.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator comfortable working across sales, marketing, and leadership to align on joint opportunities.
  • Self-starter who can build structure and repeatability in a well scoped but relatively greenfield space.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder you earn trust quickly and maintain it over time.
  • Data-driven you measure what matters and use insight to prioritise your time and focus.
