At Leadly , we help ambitious brands grow faster through bold digital strategy and smart performance marketing. Now, we’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who’s all about generating pipeline, not just traffic.
This role is all about top-of-funnel growth – you’ll be fuelling the fire for our Head of Sales, not closing deals, but making sure their calendar is stacked with high-intent calls and demos.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and running outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo , Clay , and Instantly
- Creating personalised outreach at scale to fill the sales funnel with warm, qualified leads
- Identifying and segmenting ideal target audiences across B2B verticals
- Owning and optimising outbound playbooks, email sequences, and prospecting flows
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Sales to book demos and calls — zero selling required
- Tracking results, analysing what works (and what doesn’t), and refining campaigns for max performance
What We’re Looking For:
- A track record in growth marketing , demand gen , or outbound strategy — ideally in a fast-moving agency or startup
- Fluency with lead automation tools (Apollo, Clay, Instantly) and CRM workflows
- A strategic thinker who loves to roll their sleeves up and test, tweak, and optimise
- Someone who understands the balance between creative copy and data-driven tactics
- Comfortable working independently and owning results
- An ambitious, values-driven team that’s growing fast
- Flexibility and autonomy in your role
- Direct impact: what you do drives revenue, growth, and momentum
- Creative culture – bold ideas welcome
- Manchester-based office (hybrid-friendly)
If you\’re looking to grow your own career while helping others grow theirs — this could be the one.
