The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of key client accounts, leading performance strategy and driving growth with a high level of autonomy. You’ll work closely with an Account Executive, who supports delivery, communication and coordination across your portfolio, allowing you to stay focused on senior stakeholder management, performance direction and commercial growth. This role is about owning outcomes, not just managing delivery. You’ll act as a trusted senior partner to clients, confidently challenging assumptions, influencing decisions and guiding strategy based on data and performance insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of key client accounts
- Work in partnership with an Account Executive to manage account delivery, communication and priorities
- Take full accountability for performance outcomes, retention and commercial growth
- Lead strategic performance direction across accounts, shaping testing, optimisation and scaling plans
- Lead senior stakeholder conversations, confidently presenting insight, recommendations and next steps
- Translate complex performance data into clear actions and strategic direction
- Collaborate closely with paid media, ECRM, SEO and creative teams to deliver strong, aligned outcomes
