What You’ll Be Doing:
- Jump on warm leads and turn interest into deals
- Understand each customer’s needs and match them with the perfect finance option
- Build solid relationships with customers, lenders, and dealerships
- Be the customer’s go-to from the first hello to ‘keys in hand’
- Smash your targets and celebrate with a team that loves to win
What We’re Looking For:
- Sales drive: you live for KPIs and thrive under pressure
- Experience in a fast-paced, short-cycle sales environment
- Strong communicator who can manage multiple parties (customers, lenders, third parties) with ease
- Resilience, energy, and a positive, can-do attitude
Working Hours:
- 08:00–17:00, 09:00–18:00, and one late per week (10:00–19:00)
- Weekend work with a day off during the week in lieu
