About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing and technology business operating across multiple high-growth brands and sectors within the financial services space. The business specialises in building and scaling digital customer acquisition strategies, alongside developing innovative technology products designed to improve lead generation, customer journeys and operational performance within regulated environments.

This role sits between client relationships, commercial growth and operational support. You will act as a key point of contact for inbound opportunities, helping manage relationships, support onboarding processes and ensure a smooth experience throughout the customer journey. You will also work closely with internal operational and technical teams, so an interest in technology, systems and digital products is important.

The business is looking for someone proactive, organised and commercially aware who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working within a fast-moving environment. This is not a heavily scripted sales role.

Relationship Management & Commercial Support
  • Understand client requirements and support the onboarding process
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships
  • Be confident getting under the hood of the business’ products, systems and services and understanding how it works from both a client and delivery perspective.
  • Understand client requirements well enough to translate them into clear, actionable tasks for the development team.
  • Act as the bridge between technical delivery and commercial communication, ensuring clients feel informed, supported and confident in the products.
  • Work closely with the founder and developers to stay close to product updates, roadmap developments and implementation requirements.
Commercial Growth & Coordination
  • Support the wider commercial team with account growth opportunities
  • Help identify opportunities for additional services or support across existing accounts
  • Reduce churn by identifying risks before they escalate
  • Support the business as it continues to scale and evolve
  • Coordinate internally to ensure actions and projects are progressing effectively
  • Help improve internal processes, communication workflows, the customer onboarding and customer success function
  • Put structure around client communication, issue handling and account growth

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

An interest in technology, digital products and operational systems

Experience within account management, SDR, partnerships or commercial support roles

Experience within digital marketing, lead generation, technology or financial services environments

Exposure to CRM systems, digital platforms or operational systems
