Our client is a fast-growing Claims Management Company (CMC) specialising in mis-sold car finance claims. With demand rising, they’re expanding their operations team and are now hiring a Claims Administrator to join their Manchester city centre office.
This team is the engine room of the business – keeping claims moving, chasing missing information, and ensuring lenders respond on time.

- Liaising with clients and lenders via phone and email to progress claims
- Explaining clearly what information is needed and why (helping clients respond quickly!)
- Updating case notes, documents, timestamps and claim status accurately
