At Leadly, we help ambitious brands grow faster through bold digital strategy and smart performance marketing. Now, we’re looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who’s all about generating pipeline, not just traffic.
This role is all about top-of-funnel growth - you’ll be fuelling the fire for our Head of Sales, not closing deals, but making sure their calendar is stacked with high-intent calls and demos.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Building and running outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo, Clay, and Instantly
- Creating personalised outreach at scale to fill the sales funnel with warm, qualified leads
- Identifying and segmenting ideal target audiences across B2B verticals
- Owning and optimising outbound playbooks, email sequences, and prospecting flows
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Sales to book demos and calls — zero selling required
- Tracking results, analysing what works (and what doesn’t), and refining campaigns for max performance
- A track record in growth marketing, demand gen, or outbound strategy — ideally in a fast-moving agency or startup
- Fluency with lead automation tools (Apollo, Clay, Instantly) and CRM workflows
- A strategic thinker who loves to roll their sleeves up and test, tweak, and optimise
- Someone who understands the balance between creative copy and data-driven tactics
- Comfortable working independently and owning results
