Our client is a fast-growing Claims Management Company specialising in mis-sold car finance claims. With demand rising, they’re expanding their operations team and are looking for an experienced Claims Specialist to manage and progress cases efficiently, ensuring lenders respond within required timeframes.

What You’ll Be Doing- Client & Lender Communication
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to progress active claims
- Liaising directly with clients and lenders to gather information and drive cases forward
- Confidently managing conversations and setting expectations
- Managing high volumes of claim-related correspondence
- Prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines and SLAs
- Working within automated systems while proactively chasing updates
- Managing your own caseload end-to-end
- Updating CRM systems, case notes, and claim statuses accurately
- Moving claims through each stage efficiently and flagging any risks or delays
- Requesting and handling key documentation (ID, agreements, etc.)
- Ensuring all files are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready
- Working within regulated processes (FCA environment)
- Collaborating with the wider team to hit targets
- Supporting process improvements and sharing best practice
- Previous experience working within claims
- Experience managing or supporting claims within a CMC, legal, insurance, or financial services environment
- Confident and professional communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- Comfortable working within structured processes and compliance frameworks
- Experience using CRM systems
- Ideally, experience within an FCA-regulated environment
