Our client is a fast-growing Claims Management Company and we’re looking for someone organised, proactive and confident to join their operations team. This is a role for someone who takes real ownership of their work — someone who can manage a varied caseload, communicate professionally with customers and third parties, and keep processes moving efficiently without losing attention to detail.

What You’ll Be Doing- Handling inbound and outbound communication with customers and lenders
- Chasing updates and progressing claims efficiently
- Keeping CRM systems, case notes and claim statuses accurate and up to date
- Escalating any delays, risks or issues where required
- Managing high volumes of emails and claim-related correspondence
- Working within structured processes and compliance requirements consistently
- Requesting and handling key documentation
- Ensuring all files remain accurate, compliant and audit-ready
- Previous experience within claims, financial services, insurance, legal or another process-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of work whilst maintaining accuracy
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital case management tools
- Someone proactive, reliable and able to work independently
- Experience within an FCA-regulated environment is beneficial but not essential
- Monday–Friday role — no weekends
