Turnpower Services are looking to add a new office based Administrative Assistant to their ever expanding electrical division. The successful candidate will be joining an existing team and will be offered full support and training in their new role. Applicants will need to have previous experience of working in an administrative role and have experience using computers and different operating systems.
Job role duties & responsibilities are as follows:
- To audit engineer job reports on daily schedules.
- To ensure all relevant information is recorded to allow jobs to be efficiently invoiced.
- To monitor client CAFM systems to ensure jobs are being correctly processed.
- To accurately capture engineers daily and weekly timesheets.
- Liaise directly with engineers and in-house team.
- Liaise with clients to provide updates and scheduling tasks.
- Assist electrical department with ad-hoc tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
