Responsibilities
- Build and deploy agents that translate natural-language questions into analytical workflows.
- Connect agents to data, models and APIs.
- Develop evaluations, monitoring and failure recovery to make workflows reliable.
- Work directly with the founders and forecasting team, owning architecture and production code.
You’ll have substantial technical ownership in a funded company building at the intersection of AI and economic forecasting.
Desired Qualifications
- Strong Python and production software engineering skills.
- Experience shipping LLM applications with tool use and multi-step workflows.
- Practical experience evaluating AI systems and managing reliability, latency and cost.
- Ability to take an ambiguous problem through to a working product.
Experience in time series, quantitative finance or enterprise AI is helpful. A specific degree is not required.
