As a Finance Analyst, you will gain exposure to multiple aspects of our UK and global finance operations. You’ll work closely with senior leaders including our Global CFO and UK Finance Manager, providing a rare opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain visibility across the business. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, analytical, and eager to take ownership of work that directly supports strategic decision‑making. You’ll grow quickly in a supportive, collaborative environment where your contributions genuinely matter.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end month-end process for UK and Global entities, including accounting journals, variance analysis, and receivables / payables support.
- Prepare timely, in-depth, and accurate financial reports.
- Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget and forecast, highlight variances, and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and local forecasts.
- Provide business partnering to stakeholders across the business to promote understanding of financial impacts and drivers.
- Manage the UK Expenses policy and system.
- Support the local cash collection process by partnering with the business to accelerate cash collection.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic projects and initiatives.
Required / Qualifications
- A relevant professional accreditation (ACCA, CIMA) or working towards qualification.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to ask questions and contribute ideas.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently when needed.
- Proficiency in Excel (lookup formulas, pivot tables, modelling) and familiarity with accounting systems.
- Experience or interest in Power BI and/or Power Automate (advantageous but not essential).
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take on new challenges across a variety of finance areas.
Pay, Benefits, and Location
- Competitive base salary depending on level of experience and expertise, in addition to an OTE bonus.
