About You
We are looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience to own Turnkey’s digital marketing presence (CRM, website, social media) and support audience engagement and business growth. Our ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical marketer with strong attention to detail, a resourceful mindset, and a drive to keep learning. A background in B2B marketing, particularly within consulting, technology or cybersecurity sectors, is preferred.
Experience working in HubSpot marketing, CRM, reporting, and automation tools is essential. You should be confident using HubSpot to manage web updates, build workflows, deploy email campaigns, apply smart audience segmentation, post social media content, and report on performance. Alongside flexing your technical skills, you should be adept at writing and designing engaging email content using accessible language and optimising for repeat engagement. An understanding and keen interest in changing digital marketing trends and practices, including utilising AI, will be critical to your success.
Our ideal candidate will also be a LinkedIn expert, capable of leading Turnkey’s presence and facilitating employee advocacy. You’ll be skilled in creating both written and visual engaging content, attracting users to our thought leadership content using a variety of media formats.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to enjoy wearing many hats, engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders, be a fast learner, and get stuck in to understand and communicate Turnkey’s capabilities and approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Own responsibility for company website, social media, email marketing, automation, data enrichment, etc. using HubSpot
- Manage website updates, issues, and ongoing optimisation
- Ideate, create, and manage automated workflows in HubSpot
- Write, produce, and send marketing emails, including newsletter, mass promotional emails, personalised emails, and account-based marketing email sequences
- Create segmented email lists to support marketing and sales efforts
- Proactively identify new opportunities to utilise HubSpot for improving data quality and scaling and improving engagement with clients and prospects
- Serve as a HubSpot resource for the wider organisation, including how to use emerging AI features
- Create content for social media platforms, including eye-catching visual media such as graphics and videos and accessible, engaging written content
- Advance Turnkey’s brand presence online in alignment with brand guidelines and global marketing and business strategies
- Serve as a digital marketing resource for the wider business, helping to identify HubSpot-native or other digital solutions to their challenges
- Facilitate and expand employee social media engagement and advocacy through education and regular communication
- Use data to inform and optimise future marketing tactics and strategies
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and marketing channels
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including AEO and GEO, social media algorithm changes, use cases for AI, etc.
- Conduct social and media listening activities to monitor industry conversations and spot trends
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver on marketing objectives
Key Attributes We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- Experience in the consulting, technology, or cybersecurity industries is preferred
- Expertise in HubSpot, including website management, automated workflows, email marketing, social media management, reporting, and data analysis
- Strong communication and creative skills
- Adeptness in using social media to attract and engage audiences
- Keen attention to detail and a strong logical and analytical mindset
- Ability to use AI effectively and deliver high-quality outputs with human oversight
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

- Passion for digital marketing and a proactive approach to learning and development
Salary: Up to £52,000 depending on a combination of factors including level of experience and expertise, in addition to an OTE bonus.

- Carbon Offset: Employees will be enrolled onto the company carbon offset scheme which is committed to offsetting at least 50% of all employee personal carbon emissions. All Turnkey employees are entitled to £40 worth of carbon credits each year, which can offset 7 tonnes of carbon. Options are available to increase carbon credit amounts which would be treated as a benefit in kind.
Location: Based in our London office, with hybrid working (expected office working 2-3 days per week). Occasional travel to our offices in other countries will be expected as part of this role if there is a requirement to do so. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
