The Opportunity
People are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a confident and experienced HR Generalist who enjoys the variety of a hands-on role and is excited by the opportunity to shape and influence the people agenda within a growing business. This is a standalone position, meaning you will be the dedicated People professional for the UK business and the trusted advisor to employees, managers and senior leaders. You will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to employee relations, reward, engagement, payroll and offboarding, ensuring a positive and consistent employee experience at every stage.
Alongside delivering operational excellence, you will play a key role in championing and embedding our culture, helping to create an environment where our people can thrive and where our values are reflected in everything we do. You will lead employee engagement initiatives, support our people managers, and act as an ambassador for Turnkey's values across the business. You will also have the opportunity to support global recruitment and people initiatives, providing exposure beyond the UK and allowing you to contribute to our wider people strategy.
This could be an excellent next step for an experienced People Partner or HR Business Partner looking to move into a broader role with greater ownership and autonomy. However, applicants must already have strong end-to-end HR generalist experience and be confident managing a wide range of people matters independently. Success in this role will require someone who is comfortable operating as the sole HR professional, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced professional services environment.

- Plan and coordinate social events, wellbeing initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Culture, Engagement & People Initiatives
- Act as a culture champion, helping to create and maintain a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that support wellbeing, recognition and retention
- Use HR data and metrics to identify trends and proactively address people risks
- Lead or support HR projects and business-driven initiatives as the business continues to grow
- Contribute to global people programmes where your coordination and input will add value
