Regional People Partnerships Director (UK Remote)

We are seeking a Regional People Partnerships Director to join our Global People Team, primarily based in the EMEA region (willing to work EMEA hours). This role involves partnering with frontline leadership, providing strategic and tactical support across the employee lifecycle, with a focus on employment law, employee relations, engagement, and inclusion, especially within the UK and EMEA countries.

The successful candidate will:

1. Act as a trusted advisor to operational partners and HR teams.
2. Build strong relationships with managers to support their leadership responsibilities.
3. Support the delivery and operationalization of the People Strategy.
4. Lead transformational efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Manage key HR metrics and initiatives, including turnover, retention, and diversity.
6. Advise on organizational design and development.
7. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to forecast and build talent pipelines.
8. Research best practices and ensure compliance with regional employment laws.
9. Support and back up the broader People team as needed.
10. Drive change management initiatives and process automation.
11. Utilize data to inform decision-making and communicate proactively.

Requirements include:

1. 10+ years of global HR experience in multicultural environments, managing multiple countries and remote workers.
2. Extensive employee relations expertise across various countries.
3. Experience in SaaS or technology industries preferred.
4. Strategic thinking with tactical execution capabilities.
5. Flexibility to work hours across time zones and travel as needed.
6. Strong problem-solving, operational knowledge of employment law, and technological proficiency.
7. Data literacy and excellent communication skills, including with executive leadership.
8. Relevant degree and professional memberships (e.g., SHRM, CIPD).

Preferred but not required: experience with Google Suite, BambooHR, advanced degrees in HR or Psychology.
