We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team. This person will work collaboratively and impactfully with key senior stakeholders, foster strong working relationships and draw upon the broad range of specialists and full People team to deliver the people plan to enable the business to deliver its strategy through and with colleagues. The role will be home based with travel to head office and services when required. There is also the option of hybrid working.

Role Responsibility

You will work with the business leaders to co-own and lead the business people plan, its design, delivery and evaluation. This will include quality, contract performance and business growth whilst fostering other strategic people enablers including leadership, workforce planning, talent management, EDI, Health & Wellbeing, OD, culture and people costs. You will lead on developing people solutions to achieve the organisations objectives, leveraging the skill and capability across the people and other teams. You will be a trusted and credible partner who provides coaching, leadership impact and support to a range of senior stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have experience of working within an impactful senior influential HR Business Partner role. You will be a dynamic, adaptable and resilient HR professional who is passionate about business partnering and in developing strong, professional, impactful relationships. As part of the Partnering Team you will have a strong sense of team and will have experience in organisational transformational change, organisation design, learning solutions, talent management & acquisition as well as the broad areas of partner experience. Other key areas of experience the successful role holder will possess is leading large TUPE at a multi-million pound contract level and people data and analytics skills. You must be professional and positive and thrive from both a high support and high challenge environment, which is one of our core values as an organisation which enables people to further develop fast.
