Turning Point is a leading social enterprise that supports people with complex needs in learning disabilities, mental health, substance use and public health. We are recruiting for a Clinical Services Lead/Manager to work in our Integrated Substance Use Service in West Northamptonshire.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage prescribing and wellbeing clinics.
  • Oversee clinical audits and ensure safeguarding standards are upheld.
  • Own performance indicators and drive continuous improvement across the service.
  • Provide clinical supervision to nursing staff, conduct appraisals and deliver high-quality training.
  • Ensure practice aligns with professional standards and the clinical code of conduct.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Senior nurse with clinical experience in a drug and alcohol setting.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with colleagues, commissioners and service users.
  • Working knowledge of safeguarding, substance use issues and relevant legislation.
  • NMC registered with an active PIN.
