Your Role As the Clinical Capacity Lead, you will play a pivotal role in: Managing Waiting Lists: Ensure we offer the right mix of appointments to meet patient needs. Optimizing Therapist Time: Proactively manage wait times and ensure clinical resources are utilized efficiently. Leading a Team: Line manage therapists, support their development, and work collaboratively within a leadership team. Driving Improvement: Champion best practices and contribute to innovative solutions that enhance service delivery.
