Our total reward package supports you in every way. The role is in a 24‑hour service, allowing flexibility to meet your preferences. We value a healthy work/life balance and require shift work throughout weekends and evenings, including short days, long days, and sleep‑ins as needed. Work rota is released eight weeks in advance. You receive 29 days paid holiday annually, increasing with each year of service to up to 31 days. There is an option to purchase additional holidays and spread the cost.
