We are now looking for a talented Receptionist to work within our community-based substance use service in the City of London and Hackney.
City and Hackney is a fully integrated adult service delivered by Turning Point. The service is delivered in partnership with Mind CHWF and London Friend and there is a focus on partnership working throughout the service to support those in the local community who need assistance to achieve their goals. We deliver treatment and support across the neighbourhoods ensuring a holistic and inclusive approach to recovery in this exciting new service.
As a Receptionist we offer a starting salary of £23,808 rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, + £3,633 ILW. (Dependent on experience you may be offered a starting salary above the initial starting salary). Role Responsibility
- Raising the bar for people–centred care, you’ll provide support to the Management, team of Recovery Workers, the Clinical Team and the Service as a whole.
- You will be responsible for carrying out day to day receptionist duties such as covering reception, meeting & greeting service users, taking referrals, giving appointments, updating appointment diaries, data entries, minute taking and a host of other admin related duties.
The Ideal Candidate
- The Receptionist needs to have excellent time management skills and be able to manage their daily tasks.
- You will need to have some degree of understanding of substance and alcohol use.
- You also need to be adept at using client information systems, NDTMS, and be able to deliver high competency around data recording.
- The working hours are 37 per week and some late night and weekend work will be required.
