As a Criminal Justice Administrator we offer a starting salary of £23,808 rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands.

Role Responsibility

Based at the either the Taunton or Yeovil hub, you’ll support the Criminal Justice team by maintaining accurate records and helping us to continually improve our performance. Offering plenty of variety and training, this rewarding role will also involve raising and changing prescriptions as instructed by the prescribers, completing clinic letters, data input of new client information into client database, monthly data uploads, completing spreadsheets and audits .

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a reliable, confident communicator who can prioritise a changing workload, welcome service users and provide high quality administrative support. Comfortable talking to service users, you should be customer focused with the ability to maintain confidentiality, gather management information and meet deadlines under pressure. You must be a superb organiser and supportive team player with keen attention to detail, impressive administration skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheets. This role will be office based.
